Our Story
Olympic Air began in 2019 with a clear purpose: to give St. Augustine homeowners and businesses a more thoughtful home-service experience.
Jon and Miranda Roswall wanted to build a company where customers could ask questions, understand their options, and make decisions without being pushed toward the most expensive solution. That principle continues to guide every repair, installation, and maintenance project we take on.
We are not working to become the largest company in the area. We are building the kind of company customers remember, recommend, and feel comfortable calling again.

Meet the Owner
Jon Roswall grew up around the HVAC trade and comes from a multi-generational family of industry professionals. Over more than 30 years, he has worked on residential systems, complete equipment replacements, and complex commercial HVAC projects across the country.
That range of experience taught Jon that lasting comfort depends on more than the equipment itself. System sizing, airflow, ductwork, humidity control, drainage, and installation quality all affect how well a system performs over time.
Today, Jon brings that same attention to detail to Olympic Air. He approaches each property as a problem to understand—not a sales opportunity—and encourages the entire team to explain their findings clearly before recommending a solution.
Outside of work, Jon values time with his family and staying involved in the St. Augustine community Olympic Air calls home.

Every property and every problem is different. We begin by listening to what the customer has noticed and carefully inspecting the system.
Protect What Is Already Working
A replacement is not automatically the first answer. When an existing system can be repaired safely and practically, we explain that option.
Make the Details Count
We consider the factors that affect long-term performance, including system design, airflow, humidity, ductwork, drainage, and installation quality.
Explain the Options Clearly
